-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Sandwich coolers were at 4C (both sides).
-Customer area beverage cooler was at 4C (chocolate milk).
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail and spray bottles tested at 200ppm.
-Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory - ensure the shelving units in the walk-in cooler are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to prevent mould growth.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Old rodent droppings observed in the front area under the sandwich cooler. Clean and sanitize areas with rodent droppings and continue to monitor for pest activity.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 11, 2023.
