Dispensers have been installed on walls. - All coolers are = to or < 4C and equipped w/ thermometers. - Bleach water sanitizer @ 100ppm concentration *Ensure to label all chemicals and sanitizer buckets. - Dishwasher reached 73C @ dish level for rinse cycle. - Mop sink is installed. Ensure that mop janitorial items are stored separately from food prep areas. - All lighting fixtures have covers to protect from contamination of food. - Updated food safety plan and sanitation plan emailed to Environmental Health Officer (EHO). - Permit fee of $112.50 provided to EHO during time of inspection.
