A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometer present; and temps recorded daily. - Low temp dishwasher had [Cl2] between 50ppm-100ppm during the rinse cycle. - Glasswasher had [I2] of 12.5ppm during the rinse cycle. - Quats sanitizer is spray bottles and cloth buckets had 200ppm strength. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins below RTE foods; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or cupboards. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. Minimal drain/fruit flies found in front bar and dishwashing area. - Exhaust canopy service sticker shows the next service is on Nov. 30/22, ensure this is completed. - No signs of pests. Pest monitoring done by a professional company, who services the premises every 3 weeks. - All in order.
