General Comments: Downstairs chest freezer temperature was -24 degC; Downstairs upright freezer temperature was -22 degC Upright Kenmore freezer temperature was -18 degC; Display coolers were below 4 degC; bar coolers were locked but are only used to store alcohol during parties. Walk-in cooler temperature was 2 degC Dishwasher rinse temperature is 71 degC at plate level. Handsink and washroom sinks are fully equipped. REFILL SOAP DISPENSERS AT THE BAR SINK AND AT THE KITCHEN HANDSINK. 200ppm bleach sanitizer is available for use. Kitchen maintained in a sanitary condition.
