Note:
1. Ensure Quats sanitizer test strips is within expiration date. Get new test strips as both testers expired.
2. Dough spinner machine is noted in facility. It is indicated on cleaning procedures to just brush off the excess flour and no mentioning of sanitizing of machine. Will discuss and confirm cleaning procedures with head office in Port Coquitlam.
