Front area:
Display cooler at 3 degrees C.
Pakoras and gulgulla products displayed at room temperatures. Operator to implement a time card system identifying when product is put out on display with a 2 hour limit. After 2 hours any leftover pakoras or gulgulla must be discarded.
Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.

Kitchen:
All hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Upright freezer at -22 degrees C.
3 compartment sink available for use.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher registers 73.7 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Note: premise is now strictly takeout. All seating has been removed.
