-Follow up inspection conducted to check on dry storage unit. -Dry storage unit was clean and well lit at time of inspection - no signs of pest activity. -Dry storage only had shelving units at time of inspection - no food. -Operator said he will mainly be using it for storage of take out containers at this time. -Inform FH if there will be any changes/additions to dry storage unit (ie. cooler units/freezer units...etc).
