Re-inspection based on previous inspection report.
- Temperature Control: Monitoring being conducted. (ie: cooked/holding, etc)
- Hot holding case repaired: Temperature ok. Complete "Glass" repairs.
- Manual Dishwashing: Enusre all food contact surfaces are being washed and sanitized after use or on a timely manner.
- Wiping cloth storage improved.
- Equipment: Grease leak noted in oven. Repair. Any unused equipment (ie: fryer) to be removed to free up work space.
- Corporate Food Safety Policies and Sanitation Policies are to be reviewed by all staff.
