General sanitation was good. Handwash stations (bar/kitchen) supplied with cold/hot running water, hand soap, paper towel. Walk in cooler 2.8C, walk in freezer -18.9C, beverage cooler, prep cooler (sandwich) <4C. Dishwasher 100ppm chlorine solution. Hot holding units (under grill, rice) >60C Grilled chicken 77.5C before serve to customers. Dry storage area well organized. Exhaust fan hood was clean and free of grease.
