* Clean the floor drains in front of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer to remove build-up of food debris ( By August 30, 2018) * Clean floors underneath the stainless steel preparation tables by moving the tables. Ensure to check for debris especially in hard to each areas in the corners. Walk-in cooler below 4 C. Baked products walk-in freezer below -18 C. Cake and pastry display cooler below 4 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Quats sanitizer at the triple sink and in spray bottles tested 200 ppm. All chemicals in spray bottles labelled accurately. Temperature logs are up date. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. General sanitation is satisfactory. All staff wear hair nets.
