Observation: Observed few flies in the back area. An electric fry zapper was off-line and removed due to food safety concern. The machine is to be re-installed next time the pest technician visits.
Corrective Action(s): Work with the pest control company to discourage the pest activity. The electric fry zapper is to be reinstalled. Correct this by May 31, 2021.

Walk-in freezer was measured at -18 degrees C.

Under the counter cooler by the drive thru window was measured at 4 degrees C.

Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel

Monthly pest control in place - reviewed the latest report on site
Observed excellent food handler hand washing practice
3 compartment sink is used for manual dishwashing - drain plug is available
QUATS sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Test strips available.
