Ensure to monitor and record dishwasher final rinse temperature at the gauge at least once a day (Must be at least 180 F).

Ensure to follow these precautions to prevent cross contamination while handling raw chicken:
1. Wash hands after handling any raw chicken parts thoroughly.
2. Wash and sanitize the cutting boards and knife immediately. Sanitize the table with 200 ppm chlorine bleach.
