Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher tested at 10ppm Cl
Corrective Action(s): At time of inspection, it was noted that sanitizer line was full of air. Unit was primed and acheived 50ppm Cl. However, it was noted that the line still had some air bubbles. Operator called for service at time of inspection.

In the interim, please be sure to monitor chlorine levels in dishwasher. Observed test strips on-site for testing. If air accumulates in line again, be sure to prime the line and test for a minimum 50ppm Cl.

If the dishwasher fails to maintain 50ppm Cl - dishes must be manually sanitized in a 100ppm Cl or 200ppm Quats solution. soak for 2 minutes, then air dry. OR switch to single use only.
