Observation: 1) High temperature dishwasher overflows when it is run.
2) Front display cooler was not functional. Operator is waiting for a replacement compressor. Cooler is currently used for storing non-potentially hazardous foods.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Service dishwasher to ensure it can function properly to allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils. Operator was able to prepare 100ppm bleach in the two compartment for manual warewashing while waiting for the dishwasher to be serviced.
2) Repair cooler unit and ensure it can maintain 4C.

-Under counter freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle was at 100ppm and properly labelled.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Food items by the front cash register area protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until March 15, 2023.
