- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 200 ppm
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezers were at or below -18C
- Hot holding of rice and quinoa at above 60C
- Rice scoop held in ice water in between uses - good
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the floor and covered
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 78C at plate surface level during rinse cycle
- All refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
