Follow up conducted by phone due to weather/travel to Boston Bar Spoke with manager, dishwasher has been repaired. The piping for the sanitizer was leaking on to the floor, tube was replaced and sanitizer is now entering the dishwasher. Manager provided a photo of the dishwasher strip color, over 50ppm residual chlorine Manager will test the dishwasher daily. Dishwasher interior has been cleaned and sanitized. Manager provided photos of the interior of the dishwasher.
