Comments

Hand sink is no longer blocked. Well supplied with hot and cold water, paper towels in dispenser and liquid soap in dispenser. Handles and back of facet has some food residue and cold use a clean.
Take out containers, utensils and napkins have been organized on shelves.
Noticeably cleaner prep tables, underneath equipment and other surfaces than from last inspection, great job.
Dishwashing: signs in place from Fraser Health, please follow directions. Bleach in supply.
Sanitizing dishes: Stopper is long metal one that is not designed for this type of sink drain, recommend using a smaller one with no long tube so it does not get knocked out of place during soaking and dishwashing.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Appreciate addressing all the issues, great job! Please keep up with cleaning and organizing on a regular basis and as per your Sanitation Plan.

Staff has showed course reservation confirmation for Food Safe, thank you.
