Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Interior of ice machine still contains mildew along inner edge above where ice is released.
Correction: As stated from previous inspection, immediately drain the ice machine, clean and sanitize interior with 200 ppm bleach or according to manufacturer's directions.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: All 4 handwashing stations ( 2 at each bar ) lacked paper towels for dying hands.
Corrective action: Obtain paper towels and have a stack available at each of four sinks for employee use. Paper towels are required for paper handwashing/ Hand Hygiene.
Note: A standing correction order will be issued if handsinks are not fully equipped with liquid soap , paper towels and hot and cold running water at all times.
Non- Compliance due to inadequate handwash stations will lead to further enforcement, including a violation ticket.
Correction:

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine contains mildew deposits along plastic lip above where ice is dispensed.
Correction: Drain the ice machine, remove the mildew and sanitize according to manufacturer's directions. The ice machine should be routinely emptied and sanitized to prevent the growth of mildew.

- All handwash stations stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Ice machine is now in excellent sanitary condition. Manager has amended cleaning frequency to once a week
- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available in each of the two bars at 200 ppm
