Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AZNR9H:

- The back dry storage area is now organized and most items are at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor. An additional shelving unit is recommended.
- Curtain is installed on the pastry cart to protect from contamination during cooling.
- A daily temperature log was available and kept up to date. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Surface sanitizer was available in a spray bottle at 200ppm QUAT solution. Please obtain appropriate test strips to monitor the QUAT concentration.
- All refrigeration units now equipped with working thermometers. Continue to monitor the temperature of ALL coolers and freezers and record on the daily log.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Ensure to obtain waterproof high temperature thermometer to monitor the dishwasher daily.
