Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in labeled spray bottles was measured at 400 ppm or more quats (quaternary ammonium compounds). *CORRECTED*
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was diluted by staff at time of inspection to 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at concentrations in accordance with manufacturer's directions for food contact surfaces. Sanitizer bottle label notes that for equipment and surfaces subject to direct food contact, no potable rinse is required provided that the solution does not exceed 200 ppm quats. Ensure that quats test strips that are within expiry are used to verify concentration of sanitizer solution.
