Comments

Routine inspection.
- Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels.
- Bleach water sanitizer is available for sanitizing contact surfaces.
--> *Ensure to keep designated bucket for bleach water sanitizer and label the bucket. *
- 3 compartment sink is being used for manual warewashing.
- Under the counter coolers in the kitchen found at 4C
- Chest freezer @ -18C.
- Stand up coolers in front area @ 2C!
- All coolers are equipped with thermometers.
- Shelves have been installed for food ingredients (dry storage) and microwaves.
- Food safe employees available onsite.
- Microwaves are in sanitary condition.
- (Note: Facility no longer has gas leak smell as observed during last inspection. Operator has solves issues and discussed the problem area.)

The following requires operators attention:
