Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket and the spray bottles measured less than 100ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer solutions are changed regularly to maintain sanitizing efficiency. Staff changed the sanitizer at the time of inspection and measured 200ppm quats.

Observation: Soap dispenser at the main handwashing station (across from the two compartment sink) is empty. Staff did not know how to open the dispenser (proprietary dispenser and soap).
Corrective Action(s): Fill the soap dispenser and ensure that it is stocked at all times. Use the soap dispenser at the two compartment sink or purchase soap with a pump until the empty dispenser can be filled.

Observation: Ice machine requires cleaning as there is a build up of biofilm.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the area noted.

Observation: Leak from beer cooler into basement area still has not been repaired.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the leak. The beer collecting in the basement can attract pests such as fruit flies.
