-Back storage/office: desk added, re-organized shelving
-Front kitchen: 1 comp sink, toaster conveyer, "Merry Chef", "Cleveland" steamer, hot hold well (no hot holding during inspection), 2 single elements, replaced old prep cooler with table, added new prep cooler (3 C), removed displace cooler, packaged snack display case
-Kiosk station: Open display cooler: (2 C), "Pepsi" pop cooler (4 C), baked goods display with sneeze guard, brew yourself coffee/espresso, new POS station, 2 sunken soup hot hold units (65-70 C)
