Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 5 cups of sour cream, 2 packages of cheeses, 8 cups of sauerkraut and 5 cheese wraps were stored inside the display cooler near the cash register measured with an internal food product temperature of 7C.
Corrective Action(s): 5 cups of sour cream, 2 packages of cheeses and 8 cups of sauerkraut were move to another cooler at 4C. 5 cheese wraps were discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food sanitizer not available at the time of inspection. Sanitizing pail measured with 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the solution in the pail and refilled it with 200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer is available on site at all times.

- Stand-up and chest freezer functional.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
- A package of haval found in the kitchen with label in Russian. Staff unable to find the supplier's receipt. Operator must send the receipt to the Environmental Health Officer for verification.
