302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff was washing and sanitizing dishes in water that had no sanitizer in it. The sanitizer bottle was empty and no one had noticed. Corrective Action(s): Always pay attention to the sanitizer bottle and make sure dishes are being washed properly. Violation Score: 15 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The kitchen handsink is blocked by a garbage can and a grease pump. There are no paper towels in the dispenser either. Corrective Action(s): Never block access to the hand sink. Refill the paper towel dispenser. Violation Score: 5

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Several mice droppings observed near the back staircase in the back storage area and the mop sink area. Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings using a bleach solution. Abell pest control is on contract. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: The area by the back stairs in the back storage room is not organized. The area is cluttered and there are mice droppings on the floor. Corrective Action(s): Clean up this area. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: The M3 turbo air cooler in the kitchen has no shelving inside. Boxes of food are sitting on top of a broken shelf. Corrective Action(s): Replace the shelving in the cooler. Violation Score: 3
