Follow up to report MBEK-CS7S5G. New replacement under counter cooler provided, in same location as previous cooler. Previous cooler not observed on premises. New cooler is equipped with thermometer. No food stock. Ambient temperature measured 2 degrees C. Hot holding at greater than 60 degrees C (internal temperature probed). Note: Items cooked recently. Ensure items are held at 60 degrees C or more. Unit ambient temperature greater than 60 degrees C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (including staff washroom and back prep area sink). Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. No rodent droppings observed. Powder mix bags are stored in rigid containers with fitted lids. Back door sweep replaced. No gap observed. Temperature logs maintained.
