Observation: Soap dispenser was not dispensing soap at the hand wash station by the hand off area nearest the public washrooms. Note: There was another hand wash station immediately behind this station.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the soap dispenser or replace with a standalone functioning soap dispenser.
All handwash stations must be equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, including washrooms, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Hot food held hot at above 60.0C.
Interior of the ice machine and food contact items were noted in good condition and sanitary.
Sanitizer containers were noted throughout the food preparation area. All the containers were noted with 200 PPM QUAT and the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser was noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 72.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Over sanitation and organization excellent.
Savory pastries were noted with time labels - with an expiry of 8 hours.
Manager has valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certification.
