Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measure at -18C or less. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. 3 compartments sink with drain plugs available. Improvement regarding pest activity noted at the time of visit. Continue to work with your pest control service. Hot holding unit is replaced. Chili measured at 60C.
