Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid soap in dispenser in food prep area and no paper towels in employee washroom. Staff didn't know how to replace soap. Did for them. Paper towels replaced.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff review supplies for proper hygiene purposes and know how to replace when supplies run out.

Ensure ice scoop is always stored outside the ice bin. Done.
Quats sanitizer in sani-buckets must always be 200 ppm or more. In process of change. **Use two pumps for dish sink to achieve 200 ppm. NOT 1 1/2 pumps.

Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers working adequately.
