Note: Observed containers of food on top of inserts on top side of line cooler. Temperature of these items were ok but when containers are stored on top of or nested inside the inserts on the top of the cooler they do not get the cold air flow from the bottom that is required to keep them cold. Store all foods meant for longer term storage in the inserts that are in the top of the line cooler.
