Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine at the dish surface - good
Ceiling tile replaced in the back of house. discussed adding more shelving to allow for better flow of dishware in the dishpit
Operator considering making solarium a storage space to accommodate excess equipment in the side storage room (past washrooms). Improve organization in this area to promote better cleaning and identification of any pest activity.
