Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all coolers recorded at or below 4C except undercounter cooler and beverage cooler which is used for storing non potentially hazardous food.
- Temperature of freezers recorded at or below -18C.
- Handwash station available and has adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher available and reached 72C on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer present in spray bottle.
- Pest proof containers were used for dry storage.
- The facility was maintained in excellent sanitary condition.
- Operating Permit posted at the entrance.
