Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - Re: Mechanical Dishwasher repair required for "dine in" services. Site visit. Met with the Owner. - Mechanical Dishwasher not tested. Dishwasher did not appear to be filling/heating properly. Service technician will be contacted check dishwasher. Food Safe Certification is still required to be obtained. Provide copy of certification to your local EHO upon completion. Follow up required!
