Dairy walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C.
Compactor area (garbage, compost, recyclables) was clean.
Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory. However, there were areas in the back of the store that require more attention such as underneath shelving units and under ice machine beside the bulk foods dishwasher.
