- Handwash stations fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold wat - All refrigerator units at or below 4C - All freezer units at or below -18C - Sanitizer bottle is at 100ppm chlorine based solution -Dishwasher temp at plate >71 oC - No signs of pest activity - Handwash stations fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water - Overall premises is maintained in a sanitary condition -Temp log sheet is maintained -Ice machine is clean and ice scoop is kept in clean condition ** Fruit flies noted in kitchen and front area- monitor and contact pest control is it gets more - clean all sinks and pour diluted bleach ( it can help by killing fruit flies eggs in drains) ** Discussed with the operator re: Baking room lacks a hand washing sink- one staff making cookies and wears gloves and use the kitchen sink( it is close) to wash hands - Only one staff to use this room Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols.
