Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken: - Damaged food storage containers have been discarded and replaced with new food storage containers. - Interior of the walk-in cooler and interior of sliding door cooler has been cleaned. Shelving unit was re-painted; however will be replaced with shelving unit with stainless steel shelving rack. - Exterior of reach in cooler, large chest freezer and dry goods bins have been cleaned. - Wall adjacent to handsink has been cleaned Pending to be addressed: - Wall behind cook line where grease is noted to be accumulating is scheduled to be professionally cleaned.
