Observation: The back door has a large enough gap underneath it to allow pest entry into the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Provide weather stripping under the door to block off access.

Observation: 1) Several food items in the freezers are not protected before being placed into the freezer.
2) Sauces are being stored in their original cans once opened.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Cover all foods or place in freezer bags before freezing them. Ensure that all raw meats are stored below vegetables or ready-to-eat foods.
2) Once canned foods have been opened, transfer the leftovers into another foodgrade container for storage. Do not store them in their original can.
