Services provided: - Body Piercing - Jewelry is implant grade. Sterilization/Disinfection: - AutoClave on site (Statim 2000): - Regular Spore testing is to be conducted. Records are to be kept on site. Sterilized equipment storage reviewed. All items re-sterilized prior to use - All items are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to sterilization/disinfection. . - Ultrasonic Cleaner being used. Solution discarded after each client. - Work Surfaces: Low level disinfection Optim 33 wipes. * Follow manufacturers directions! * Expiration dates are to be monitored. - Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
