All three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperature was satisfactory.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Ventilation hoods appeared to be in a clean condition.
Interior of ice machine was in a clean condition.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside the ware-washing sink unit and sanitizer pails.
Proper manual ware-washing (wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry) method was being followed on-site.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Staff member with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate was present on shift.
Permit to operate was posted in a conspicuous location.
