Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler -1C; freezer -19C; and thermometer present. No foods being stored in the coolers during the inspection. - High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 72.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. Ensure the dishwasher chemicals (soap & rinse aid) are checked regularly and filled/ordered accordingly (the rinse aid chemical is empty). - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot & cold water. - General sanitation level is satisfactory. The interior walls of the microwaves have food splashes, and the bottom drawer of the stove has accumulated crumbs in it. Increase the frequency which these areas are cleaned. - No signs of pests. - All surfaces are in good working condition
