302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Correction from the previous report. The dishwasher is not a hot water sanitizing dishwasher, but a chemical sanitizing dishwasher. The violation is still valid as the Chlorine was measured at 0ppm. Corrective Action(s): Fix the dishwasher to maintain 100ppm Chlorine concentration. Maintain the same procedure. To be corrected by 21-Feb-2024. Violation Score: 5

Comments

Due to errors in the previous inspection report, the following items are to be corrected on the report. "502" violation is not a violation as one of the staff has the Food Safety Course. Food Safety Training is in compliance. This re-inspection was to correct and re-check the previous inspection #253755. →The Chlorine line was not sucking up the Chlorine from the bottle. It appears the bottle was empty for awhile. The bottle was dried up.
