- Sanitizer spray bottle stocked with 200 ppm chlorine. (2/3 cap full of bleach per bottle of water)
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 73.7C on dish surface
- Food kept off floor level
- No sign of pests
- Monthly pest control serviced. Pest control reports reports no activity (Jan 31st 2024)
- Back screen door closed at the time of inspection
- Staff personal belongings stored in old wooden cooler that is no longer used.
