Routine inspection conducted.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less, hot holding at 60C or above):
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
- Freezer at -20C
- Front prep coolers at 4C.
When not in use, please keep the containers stored in top shelf covered to ensure the internal temperature of food is maintained at least 4C or less.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory.
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- Sanitizer dispenser releases QUATS at 3-compartment sink which is then mixed with water to prepare 200ppm QUATS solution. Drain plugs available.
- Vents above pizza oven had no visible dirt/grease build up.
- Staff washroom maintained in good sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (Jan, 2027)
