Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cutting board with knife stored on top of a large garbage can. No food was being prepared on it at time of inspection. Unable to determine/confirm what was taking place as no staff member appeared to be working with the knife/cutting board at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff do not store food equipment on garbage and do not prepared foods on garbage. Use appropriate food preparation counters.
