Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- Verified room temperature holding time for bubble tea pearls is maximum of 3 hours
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Bleach sanitizer in pail measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff washroom observed in good sanitary condition
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
