Observation: While rodent problem appears to be under control, holes in facility should be sealed to prevent pests from entering in the future. Holes are noted under prep sinks and dishwasher (under and around pipes).

As mentioned in last routine inspection, a secondary cooler should be installed for the facility, as there is only one walk-in cooler in facility currently.
