Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use. All items are to be kept clean and stored in a sanitary manner.
- Wiping cloth storage discussed. Wiping cloths, used on food contact surfaces, are to be stored in a sanitizer at all times.
- Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water.
- Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours. Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily. Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Pest Control: Monitoring is required to be conducted.
To prevent pests from entering the food premises. Follow these points:
- Keep doors and windows closed or install screens
- Seal or patch any holes or potential entry points on the exterior of the building
- Install weather-stripping underneath exterior doors
To prevent pests from hiding or breeding in the premises. Clean floors routinely especially underneath and behind all equipment. Seal gaps behind sinks and walls.
- Sanitation: Improved. Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times.
