Observation: Hot and cold water provided at the 3 compartment sink and the hand washing station were not adequate. Sinks only able to provide either hot or cold water at a time and must manually switch in between them at a valve under the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Upgrade the plumbing to ensure both hot and cold water are provided at the same time at the 3 compartment sink and hand washing station. Correct by: Immediately.

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
