Food items were moved in order to be off of the ground and stored at least 6 inches off of the ground. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches off of the ground. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Broken egg shells noted on the ground in the display cooler. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean in front of the coolers routinely. To be corrected by: July 30, 2021 Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Water/condensation noted on the outside of the milk and egg coolers along the back wall.
