Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (- Handsink faucet at front sandwich prep area has fallen through rotted wood sink counter. )
Comments

Issues identified at routine inspection have been addressed:
-Backsplash behind sink has been repaired. FRP has been installed. Surface is now smooth, washable and free from mold/mildew. Operator to ensure all surfaces maintained in good repair.
-Manager has reviewed handwashing policies and tasting policies (using clean spoon not hands) with staff. Reminders posted for staff.
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
-Sanitizer present (100-200ppm chlorine) present and in use with wiping cloths.
-No issues noted regarding room temperature storage of potentially hazardous items.
-Improvement noted in organization and keeping the floor clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
